BARTEC GUB Enclosure

The BARTEC GUB Enclosure is a robust Ex d flameproof enclosure designed to house electrical, control and instrumentation equipment in hazardous areas. Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 gas environments and Zone 21 and Zone 22 dust environments, the GUB range provides reliable protection for demanding industrial installations.

Manufactured from marine-grade copper-free aluminium alloy with stainless steel screws, the GUB enclosure combines durable construction with IP66 ingress protection. Its Ex d IIC execution makes it suitable for applications requiring a high level of explosion protection, while a range of enclosure sizes provides flexibility for different equipment and installation requirements.

The GUB range can also be configured with optional glass viewing windows, internal anti-condensation coating, drain and breather valves and external epoxy finishes. Alternative galvanised steel and cast iron body and cover options are also available on request.
